  • 1973 : Oprichting ISOCAB nv door Dhr. Luc Castelein.  Discontinue productielijn voor gemoduleerde isothermische sandwichpanelen voor demontabele koel –en vriescellen alsook thermische deuren.

  • 1984 : Oprichting 2de productieeenheid te Bavikhove (B)

  • 1987 : ISOCAB MONDOR nv (eigen montageafdeling),  engineeringsbureau en tekenafdeling.

  • 1989 : ISOCAB France I sa (Duinkerke, Fr).  Continue productielijn voor isothermische sandwichpanelen. Diktes van 40mm > 220mm.

  • 1991 : Overname door Thyssen AG.

  • 1991 : ISOCAB France II sa (Duinkerke, Fr), productielijn voor enkelvoudige dak –en gevelprofielen.

  • 1999 : Overname van EURISOL sa (Steenvoorde, Fr), montagebedrijf Franse Markt.

  • 2001 : DECAPANEL sas (Perpignan, Fr), continue productielijn voor PU en rotswolsandwichpanelen.

  • 2004 : Integratie van RETAN in de ISOCAB groep > Retan Cleanroom Constructions.

  • 2005 : ISOCAB VIETNAM JOINT VENTURE COMPANY LTD (Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam)

  • 2006 : SUNSCAPE ISOCAB NEWBUILDING MATERIALS LTD (Rizhao, China)

  • 2007 : Positionering van ISOCAB als onderneming van ThyssenKrupp Steel.

  • 2012 : Overname door Kingspan Group Plc.
